How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at help@nordastro.com at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
This ensures we have enough time to process your request. If you contact us later, we cannot guarantee the cancellation will be completed before the period ends.
Please note:
- Subscriptions cannot be canceled directly through the app.
- Deleting your personal data does not cancel your subscriptions.
- Subscriptions won't appear on Apple or Google Subscriptions, if they were purchased through the website.
