Forgot my password.
If the login details seem to be incorrect, you can always reset your password by following these steps:
- Open the Nordastro app and press "Log in"
- Press the "Forgotten your password?" link
- Enter your email
- Press "Send link to email"
If you see the error from screenshot bellow, that means the email you entered does not exist on our system.
Don’t forget to check your spam inbox just in case the email ended up there by mistake. If you haven’t received a password change link to your email, please contact support at help@nordastro.com Once you have reset your password, try to log in to your account in the app.
