My order arrived damaged.
If your order arrived damaged, you must contact our customer support team at help@nordastro.com within 14 days of receiving the product, otherwise we will not be able to accept replacements.
When reaching out to us, please provide detailed information about the damage along with visual proof so we may pass this to our print studio for investigation and replacement.
As every book is unique and custom made, we cannot issue refunds, therefore if there are any problems with the book we issue a replacement. This covers:
- Damages during shipping
- Miss-prints by the studio
- Receiving the wrong book due to mix up at the depo
If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake when entering your name during checkout AND the book has already been sent to the printers, no refund or replacement will be issued.
