Refund policy
Certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion. If you believe the product to be faulty or there have been issues with it's delivery, please contact our customer support at help@nordastro.com within 14 days upon purchase and must provide detailed information about the issue you are facing (with visual proof attached).
