My order is missing or damaged. What should I do?
In rare cases, your order may get lost or arrive damaged.
For missing orders:
If the tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package within 48 hours, please:
- Check around your delivery area and any alternate drop-off spots.
- Look in your mailbox or designated delivery areas.
- Ask household members if they accepted it.
- Send us your verified delivery address to confirm it matches the one used at checkout.
If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at help@nordastro.com with your order details and shipping address.
For damaged orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to help@nordastro.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the damage. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement when applicable. Please note that because each book is custom-made, we can only offer replacements for issues such as:
- Damage during shipping
- Misprints
- Wrong item received
Changes of mind or spelling errors submitted before printing are not eligible for replacement.
